Shipping policy
PROCESSING
Typical processing includes orders processed and shipped within 1-5 business days. Additional processing time may be needed during major sales and holidays.
I am unable to guarantee changes once an order is placed, however if you need a hand, please email candlepalettecompany@gmail.com with as many details as possible and I will try my best to help out.
Free shipping is available for orders shipped in the contiguous United States at a value of $100.00 or more.
Once picked up and scanned in by my carrier, transit times will vary depending on shipping method and delivery destination.
You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48-72 hours once a label has been created.
Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of my control, and final delivery is out of my hands. I cannot replace stolen packages at this time.
SHIPPING TIMES
Please be aware shipping times vary and estimated delivery dates are just estimates. There are no guaranteed delivery dates, so please plan ahead appropriately. I do my best to ship orders quickly but have no control after handing off to a carrier. Also, keep in mind delivery times are based on business days.
